· Passport, at least valid for 6 months after the intended date of departure, at least two blank pages available

· Financial supporting documents: Bank statement (with at least traffic of last three months) and statement from the employer or company that the applicant works for (it must include applicant’s name and surname, passport number, role and salary) or proof of ownership of a company from public notary
· "Travel health insurance (with a coverage of $60,000 in case of illness, injury, or death) must be obtained from the application center. It is included in the price."
· If applied with spouse and kids, marriage certificate and it’s copy (If one of the spouses is not applying, notarized consent of the spouse who is not applying for a visa is required for the application of minors-children under 18 years old)
· To apply for a multiple-entry visa, a copy of the last used Turkish visa must be attached

· Invitation from Turkish Company or Invitation from Fair Organization or Invitation/Record from company that is holding the Meeting/Conference.
· Financial supporting documents: Bank statement (with at least traffic of last three months) and statement from the employer or company that the applicant works for (it must include applicant’s name and surname, passport number, role and salary) or proof of ownership of a company from public notary

· Patient Acceptance Letter from a Hospital in Turkey with the illness, treatment, accompanying person details (name, surname and Passport information).

· Invitation(in case of invitation, visa application must include documents stating invitors residence-lease contract, title deed or adress statement, invitors financial documents-bank statement(original one which is signed and stamped by the relevant bank branch), work statement etc.)
